Vaibhav Vyapaar shares are scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on October 21, with the IPO commanding a grey market premium of around 6%. The Rs 42.10 crore issue was subscribed 2.27 times. The NBFC plans to use Rs 32 crore from the proceeds to strengthen its capital base.
